Qi Gong

Qi Gong is an ancient practice from China that many have used for thousands of years, to actively work with our internal energy systems to create more health and vitality, and release stress, negative emotion and physical blocks in our body. Qi Gong works on our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies to create more stability, balance, health and wellbeing. It is a powerful preventative medicine that we can learn to utilise to be our best healers. Qi Gong is a great complement to Western medicine.

Atty teaches Qi Gong individually and in groups, in person and online. She completed her Qi Gong teacher training with Lee Holden in medicinal Qi Gong. Before this, she trained in Tai chi for 7 years with Kenn Chase in California, acting as his assistant teacher.

Atty is passionate about offering self-empowering practices that meet people where they are, to create more stability, calm, health and vitality in their lives.

The practices of psychotherapy, Meditation and Qi Gong are simple yet profound practices that have made (and continue to make) a huge difference in Atty’s life and relationships.

Classes Offered:

Atty offers group or individual classes for adults, young adults and teens. She currently teaches teens in recovery, at Lions Clinic in Marylebone, London and offers individual sessions in Notting Hill, London.

She focuses on the 5 Elements and Healing Sounds. Her main focus is emotional balance and health.
